I have found over my many years that human contact has become a luxury rather than an everyday event ,so busy with life ,life is passing us by. We need to stop for 10 mins everyday and breath ,close our eyes and feel the world outside re-center and open again . fell the love with in us and send that out to those around us .I choose to do that now as i write this passage. my new found carer is bringing that joy not only in the physical world but also in the non physical some times just to be with someone is enough.
