Men's Health In November
ShareJust a little reminder its November and if you haven't already, it's time to check those boys downstairs for any little lumps or bumps beneath the skin surface. If you feel anything that doesn't feel right, make a time to see your local GP to get it checked, or make a time and I'll help show you how to check them yourself and maybe sneak in a suck or lick for that extra sexy drool shine! It takes 5 minutes and could save more than you realise
Self-checking things to take note of:
- Any hard bump or pea-sized lump near or feels like it could be attached to your balls from the inside (so not near the sack skin)
- Follow your penis shaft with your fingers and see if you can feel it 2-3inches under the skin
- Tender or painful areas when gently squeezed or you put pressure on
- Mishapen or enlarged testes - one doesn't match the other in shape or size
- Any fluid build up in the ball sack
- Skin moles - get someone to help check your back and neck or your GP can make a mole map to check for changes over time
As we get older, our bodies change and things aren't quite the same as our younger minds remember and would like them to be but spend a little time in the mirror and get aquainted with your current self. There might be a wrinkle or two you didn't notice last week, or a streak of silver peeking through and FYI the Dad bod is definitely on the top sexy bodies list. The 2025 version of you is a one of a kind masterpiece and aught to be treated so. It can't be compared to anyone else because you are amazingly unique, so don't worry about looking like that guy or getting bigger arms or pecks like the guy at the gym, just spend some time getting to know your body and if you see or feel something that looks out of place or just doesn't feel right, get it checked.
