To support your report, please send through the following evidence:
1. Please use the "record my screen" function on your phone to screen record and scroll through your entire conversation with the provider and also click on the contact name to show the phone number so we can make sure it matches with the provider's contact details.
(See these guides showing how to record your screen on Android or Apple.
2. Please send the screenshots of any payments made in internet banking
3. Send the above evidence plus details of the events via email with subject "SCAM REPORT FOR 59838" to support@naughtyads.com.au
We will use your reported information and evidence to investigate the matter and contact the advertiser for their response. We will then make an assessment based on the information at hand and decide whether to temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account.
Naughtyads may decide that there is not enough information to take action at this time but rest assured that we treat all reports very seriously and they will be safely stored to use should any other reports arise about the advertiser in question.
If your report relates to a service that was paid for in part or in full without a service being provided, we will also request that the advertiser makes a refund of any money due to you.
Please note that you will not receive a response from us unless we need to come back to you for more information to make our assessment.
Again, the best course of action for you is to contact crime stoppers on 1800 333 000 to report any serious matters.
Please note that ads on site have undergone different levels of moderation. Ads that are marked as:
- "not yet verified" means that the advertiser has not yet opted to put their ad through the Naughtads verification process.
- "not verified" means that the ad has failed photo verification or the photos are likely to be stock photos that may not represent the provider
- "verified" means that Naughtyads has verified the advertiser's photos as per our verification process.
We suggest that you preference "verified" ads as they have a much higher chance of legitimacy. However, please note that (as per our verification process) we can't give a 100% guarantee as to the validity of all verified photos. We have incorporated our verification process as an attempt to improve the accuracy of profiles shown on site.
We thank you again for providing this information and wish you a pleasant and enjoyable time on site in the future.
