A Wednesday Afternoon Note from Carmela
Share
I was thinking today about how often people tell me they’ve been looking at my profile for weeks, months, sometimes even years before finally sending that first message.
I always find that funny because the message itself is usually so simple.
“Hi”
“Are you available?”
“Can I ask a question?”
And just like that, the ice is broken.
The truth is, I don’t expect anyone to arrive with a perfect intro/ enquiry. I’d much rather hear from someone genuine than someone trying to impress me, and worse ; those time wasters!
Life has felt a little chaotic lately, and maybe that’s why I’ve been appreciating the quieter moments more. Good conversation. A laugh. A glass of wine. Meeting someone who can switch off from the world for a little while and simply enjoy the company they’re in.
For those who have seen me before, thank you for your trust and for continuing to come back and visit.
For those still sitting on the fence, wondering whether to reach out, this is your sign.
Send the message.
I promise I’m far less intimidating than my photographs suggest.
My diary is open for the remainder of the week, and I always enjoy meeting interesting people from all walks of life. I love no judgement and good vibes .
Hope your Wednesday is treating you kindly.
Catch you soon~ Carmela x
