Do you workout?

I find it interesting that most people do not workout... why? Moving your body gives you so much energy and life back, yet, most avoid it. I try to workout every day, stretching is super important for me as I have to do a lot of positions that require flexibility... I think the best is doing at least 30 minutes of physical activity per day, that improves the mood and you would want to do more every time :) take care of yoursleves babes
