Being so new to the industry I have had to learn quickly not only about how things are run but how to keep myself safe emotionally which has been the hardest thing to learn.
Like many I battle with anxiety on a daily basis which is mainly to do with a life I lead up until now.
You may be thinking surly this industry is not for someone like me. And that is very valid, I hear that alot from people who are concerned about me (thank you 😊)
but I have found that entering the industry, and being employed by an amazing business has actually helped me to grow in my new life.
In this job I have learnt to hold my head up high and start to believe I am worthy as a women, but to stay humble at the same time after years of controlling partners who made me feel so little.
I have found that I can speak up (in a respectful way) and instead of something bad happening, I'm supported and protected by the people I work for. This has lead to my mind rewiring and I have the people at purrfections (mama bears, girls, drivers and clients) to thank for this gift, it hasn't been easy for those around me, but I have found so much love and forgiveness that it drives me to be a better person.
I have finally found independence. Now earning my own money (before this I was struggling to pay my bills and live a meaningful life) after life shut many doors.
I have had to make the choice in my life to remain single to protect myself but that doesn't mean I miss out on human connections, working in the industry, has meant I can protect my heart but have amazing connections with my chosen clients.
