2-hour free trial terms & conditions
Out lined in this agreement are the terms & Conditions of the 2-hour free trial that Lexx Soule offers new clients. The process is the exact same as another booking, however to answer any questions you may have this agreement has been supplied.

1.    All expenses including but not limited to food, drinks, transportation, activities are at the expense of the client.
2.    A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking and is returned to you at the commencement of our booking. This deposit is required for all free trial bookings including but not limited to video, and cell phone calls.
3.    The 2-hour free trial can be used for sexual or non-sexual services and is available to couples.
4.    New clients are still allowed to extend their booking past 2 hours, providing payment is paid.
5.    The 2 hours begins when Lexx is in the company of the client.
6.    For clients who wish to hire Lexx for interstate services (FMTY), using video calls via Zoom, Skype, or Instagram can be used for your trial. Video calls are not limited to interstate clients.
7.    Cancelling your free trial booking within 24 hours of the arranged time will void your free trial booking permanently, and void the return of your deposit.
8.     Not appearing to your free trial booking will void your free trial booking permanently and may result in never being allowed to make a booking again.
9.     Not appearing to your free trial booking will void the return of your deposit.
10.  You as the client must still complete the security form that will be supplied to you via SMS or email. This security form does include photo identification.
